Aunt Lute author events in April

Spring is here and Aunt Lute authors are on the go! Check out the exciting events Judy Grahn, LeAnne Howe, and Nancy Agabian have planned for the month of April.

This Saturday, April 5, LeAnne Howe will participate in the Scissortail Creative Writing Literary Festival in Ada, Oklahoma. LeAnne will read from her latest book, Choctalking on Other Realities, in the Estep Auditorium of East Central University at 10:45am. Check out the full festival reading schedule here.

Judy Grahn, author of A Simple Revolution: The Making of an Activist Poet, will read at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn for Women’s History Month on Wednesday, April 9. Visit the Pratt Institute Writer’s Forum events page for more information.

Nancy Agabian, author of Me As Her Again: True Stories of an Armenian Daughter, will host a pop-up writing session during The Queen Writes! Weekend on April 26 and 27. The writing event, which is held at various locations around the borough of Queens, is a fundraiser for Newtown Literary. Find out more details on the event website.
