Nancy Agabian is hosting two exciting writing workshops starting in September

This fall, Nancy Agabian, author of Me as her again: True Stories of an Armenian Daughter, is hosting two wonderful writing workshops.

The first workshop is entitled “Nonfiction/Autobiographical Fiction” and is a community-oriented group that meets weekly in Agabian’s home. In this supportive environment, members participate in discussions, exercises, and feedback sessions that encourage each individual to “write stories that are both bravely personal and socially conscious.” By the end of the workshop, members will have completed up to 20 pages of writing that are ready to publish.

The second workshop is entitled “Jumpstart Your Writing” and takes place entirely online. This workshop is designed to “re-invigorate your creative process, whether you’d like to start writing for the first time, begin a new project, continue your work with a fresh eye, or delve back into a project you’ve spent time away from.” There are weekly readings, exercises, interactive posting, videoconferencing, and time dedicated to the revision of your writing project.
